Leadership Development
Inclusion is built into our core learning programs, including our Manager Main Quests series for people managers. Topics include building trust across diverse teams, leading through change, and practical skills for coaching and feedback — available year-round to every manager at Twitch.
Mentorship & Coaching
We invest in employee development through 1:1 executive coaching engagements, mentorship pairings, and leadership support from early career through senior leadership.
Internal Guild Program
Twitch’s Guilds are employee-led spaces that build community and belonging across our workforce. Each Guild is organized around a shared identity or affinity, led by 1-3 volunteer leads, and sponsored by an executive. Our Guilds host year-round programming and elevate the employee experience for all.

Access Ability Guild
The Access Ability Guild cultivates and promotes inclusivity for Twitch employees who experience, or are caretakers for others who experience, challenges across mental health, neurodiversity, chronic illness, and physical disability. Our programming spans connection, education and advocacy, and professional development — bringing shared experience and expertise to conversations about accessibility across Twitch.
Asian Guild
The Asian Guild cultivates an inclusive, safe space for Twitch employees of Asian descent to connect, raise awareness, and foster belonging among the cultures and communities within the ANHPI diaspora. Programming includes community events for AANHPI Heritage Month, cross-cultural education and dialogue, and opportunities for employees to build authentic connections across a broad and diverse community.
Black Guild
The Black Guild cultivates a community that celebrates and empowers Black voices and perspectives in the workplace, on Twitch, and in our operating cities. Our programming includes community celebration, education and advocacy, and professional development opportunities that build visibility, connection, and investment in Black employees, creators, and communities year-round.
Somos LATAM Guild
Somos LatAm is committed to building an inclusive, representative space that celebrates the diversity of Latine/Latinx and Hispanic Twitch employees globally. We connect our community and its allies through dialogue, cultural education, and growth opportunities including Hispanic Heritage Month programming, cross-cultural community building, and partnerships that amplify Latine voices on Twitch.
Parents Guild
The Parents Guild provides an inclusive place for current and future parents to discuss, learn about, and advocate for issues and initiatives related to parenting at Twitch and within the tech community. Whether we're navigating parenting in a hybrid workplace or just need a space to ask the questions only other working parents can answer, we find support by sharing our family experiences.
Rainbow Road Guild
Rainbow Road creates a safe space for LGBTQIA+ Twitch employees and allies to come together, discuss issues, and celebrate queer joy no matter how they identify. Programming includes community connection, education and advocacy, and visibility moments throughout the year including Pride Month and Trans Day of Visibility.
Veterans Guild
The Veterans Guild empowers and supports Veterans and allies by fostering a sense of community, purpose, and inclusion — increasing awareness of issues affecting Veterans across Twitch, tech, and gaming. Programming includes Veterans Day recognition, community building, and professional development opportunities for current and former service members.
Women+ Guild
The Women+ Guild ensures Twitch remains an inclusive and supportive place for Women+ identities by strengthening connections between women and allies across Twitch, elevating their achievements, and celebrating their personal and professional narratives. Programming includes year-round community events, professional development opportunities, and our annual summit for senior leaders.

Executive engagement
Each of our Guilds has an Executive Sponsor who partners with Guild Leads on annual strategy and raises visibility of the Guild's work and priorities across the company. Executives also participate in company-wide inclusion moments through All Hands and Guild-sponsored programming.

We measure and reflect on workplace inclusion and culture through company-wide engagement surveys, exit interviews, and direct feedback channels with our Guild communities.
