Leadership Development
Inclusion is built into our core learning programs, including our Manager Main Quests series for people managers. Topics include building trust across diverse teams, leading through change, and practical skills for coaching and feedback — available year-round to every manager at Twitch.
Mentorship & Coaching
We invest in employee development through 1:1 executive coaching engagements, mentorship pairings, and leadership support from early career through senior leadership.
Internal Guild Program
Twitch’s Guilds are employee-led spaces that build community and belonging across our workforce. Each Guild is organized around a shared identity or affinity, led by 1-3 volunteer leads, and sponsored by an executive. Our Guilds host year-round programming and elevate the employee experience for all.
