Addendum — Supplemental Notice for California

Last updated: May 11, 2026

This California Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements our Global Employment Candidate Privacy Notice and is effective as of May 11, 2026. The Twitch Global Employment Candidate Privacy Notice described the personal information we collect, the sources from which we collect it, how long we retain it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we disclose it, and to whom we disclose it. These additional disclosures are required by the California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

Who This Addendum Covers

This Addendum covers all employment candidates of Twitch Interactive, Inc. and its Twitch-named affiliates (together with its affiliates “Twitch” and “we”) who reside in California (“California candidates” and “you”). It also applies anywhere it is linked.

This Addendum does not cover candidates for employment by any other Twitch entity or company other than Twitch. Candidates for employment by another Twitch entity should review our Global Employment Candidate Privacy Notice. We encourage candidates for employment by Amazon.com or its non-Twitch affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively, “Amazon”) to review Amazon’s Global Candidate Privacy Notice and Data Policy for information about how Amazon collects and uses personal information of employment candidates of Amazon.
